What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

My job title is Talent Acquisition Consultant, and my role is an integral part of the recruitment process. I am an advisor, a catalyst, a partner, and a trusted resource to any client to which I am assigned.

What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

I was a Senior Recruiter / Lead for Randstad Sourceright, the second-largest RPO in the world, supporting clients such as HP, Microsoft, Cisco, and Cetera Financial Services.

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

LJTP was attractive to me as an RPO firm that is smaller but, clearly growing at a fast pace within the industry by doing things the RIGHT WAY.  Since joining LJTP they have streamlined processes, won more clients, increased revenue, and been “Best Places to Work”.

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

My favorite part about working at LJTP is the Monday morning meetings.  Tim kicks off every meeting with something positive, informative, inspiring, and/or motivating; always transparent and always aligns with LJTP guiding principles.

What is the most challenging part of your job?

The most challenging part of my job is not being able to always help every person seeking a career change.

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

LJTP has helped me to feel confident about my abilities and not let negative influences rule my outcome. With the support and trust that the company gives each of us, I have grown into a consultative partner and friend.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking and/or frequenting new local restaurants and finding top chefs in and around Boise, ID. When not eating I enjoy horseracing, biking, festivals, and shopping.
