Our FlexTeam offering is designed for customers engaging with us for volume-related hiring needs. For customers with a handful of tough-to-fill requirements that would like to engage us on a per-hire basis, we have our Retained Search solution to provide the same dedicated support with a dedicated Recruiter and Delivery Manager to oversee the hiring project. This allows us to engage partners who are interested in our FlexTeam offering but may not have the volume of requirements to warrant our core offering.
