I am a Talent Acquisition Consultant committed to building long-term relationships with consultants and clients.
What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
I worked in agency recruiting for 15+ years.
What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
I was referred by another Talent Acquisition Consultant who explained the model and it sounded like a great fit. Since I joined, LJTP has been growing like crazy and the role is even better than I imagined.
What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
I love remote work and flexibility but also the team is extremely motivating and supportive.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
There have been a lot of challenges learning a new recruiting model and working with clients in different time zones, but I’ve learned so much and it’s all been worth it.
How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?
I have been exposed to tons of new technologies and have learned so much.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I love reading mystery/thriller-type books and spin cycling and watching all the highly recommended series on Netflix!
