What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, my goal is to provide a consultative and transparent approach for my clients and peers while leaving a positive impact.

 

What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

With 15+ years of experience in recruiting, I have worked as a Talent Delivery Manager, Lead Recruiter, and Sales in the corporate, agency, and RPO environments.

 

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

The leadership team impressed me initially and that has remained consistent over the last 6 months.

 

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

The culture! The positivity and realness of this team are infectious.

 

What is the most challenging part of your job?

There are always challenges in recruiting and those are what shape us to be resilient.

 

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

Personally, LJTP has given me the opportunity to have the balance I need to be there for my family. With all of the teams’ support, I’ve successfully hired some pretty tough tech roles; which is a first for me.

 

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Spending time with my family (pool or movie night), Pilates, traveling, sporting events, and concerts.
