What is your role at LJTP?
Talent Acquisition Consultant – I work with 2 clients, aligning candidates with proper companies while keeping client/candidate aware of expectations throughout the process. My role essentially
is to adapt and adjust based on market trends and supplying our clients with great candidates.

 

What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
Recruited internally for HSBC at a company called Allegis Global Solutions. Been in recruiting for the last 5 years.

 

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
Kevin Simms made me aware and Dan and Matt sold me on the interviews. The flexibility and culture in this role made biggest impact on me – LJPT has grown by double since I have joined which can only be a testament to the leadership and culture created here.

 

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
The culture, people, and transparency are offered from all levels. I do not feel micromanaged, I feel like I have a voice, value, and nothing but support from like-minded colleagues. Breath of fresh air here!

 

What is the most challenging part of your job?
Not having the capacity to interact with team members face to face is something I am adjusting to. Outside of the normal ebbs and flows of this industry, I find the challenges motivating and a tool to keep us sharp and ready for anything.

 

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?
I have grown by adapting and adjusting to working fully remote and being flexible with working with different clients and team members.

 

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Playing/listening to music and time off with friends and family.
