What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at LJTP, I have the pleasure of partnering with our clients on their hiring needs. Our clients depend on our expertise to help guide them through the full cycle hiring process through offer and placement.


What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

Prior to LJTP, my experience was in the IT staffing and consulting world, specializing in the VAR space.


What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

Culture is what drew me to LJTP – I was referred and the culture and people were the number one consistent commentary. Throughout my interview process, it came more and more clear that the culture is top-notch. Other than growth, not much has changed since I joined LJTP.


What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

The importance and commitment to work-life balance and family. In the staffing world, all too often organizations demand attention at all hours of the day, it’s refreshing not to feel that!


What is the most challenging part of your job?

Challenging candidates are hands down the most difficult part of my job. It’s also the most satisfying to help people find their dream job!


How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

I have been able to learn a lot of new systems and processes since joining LJTP. This allows me to really sharpen my skills and knowledge base for my clients!


What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I love my garden, a firepit over the sunset, and floating in the pool when I am not working.
