What is your role at LJTP(describe in more detail than just the title)?
I help our clients find great people for the openings that they have available.
What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
I worked at a staffing agency, and then for a college doing career services.
What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
Initially, I came to LJTP because I believed in the model, and was inspired by the vision…and I needed a flexible environment so that I could be a mom first. LJTP has changed in that we have tripled in size since I came on board!
What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
My coworkers! I truly consider them my friends. And the flexibility; I love being able to create my own schedule.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
Working remotely is a challenge because it’s hard to “shut it off”. I have to be intentional about the office hours I keep and managing my calendar.
How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?
LJTP has helped me to have more confidence in my ability and my skill set. Our clients hire us because we truly are the experts; it’s been rewarding to help them grow because of the people we have helped them to hire.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I love hanging out with my daughters, thrifting, and reading!
