What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
Before this position, I was working at an Engineering firm recruiting for Technicians, including maintenance, quality, shipping and receiving, and machine operators.
What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
What drew me to Lucas James was the openness and warmness of everyone whom I spoke with and it hasn’t changed a bit, everyone who works here is friendly and is always willing to help.
What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
My favorite thing is working from home and being able to help people find a new career.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
I would say people going MIA. It’s frustrating building interest in a job with a candidate and then the communication stops.
How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?
I have only worked here for a short term but Lucas James has helped to see the things I can and cannot control in life. Learning that the things I cannot control aren’t worth stressing about, so just to focus on what you CAN control!
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
When I am not working, I spend a lot of time with my family, friends, and my dog, Opie. I am a big homebody and love to watch and discover new movies.
