What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
Prior to joining LJTP, I was a full life cycle Recruiter. I’ve worked for both staffing firms and as an internal Recruiter and have enjoyed the variety of roles that those positions have allowed me to work on.
What drew you to LJTP originally?
I was really interested in the LJTP model. It was exciting to be a part of a company that was changing the mold for Talent Acquisition!
What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
LJTP really understands work/life balance, especially with all the challenges that 2020 has thrown at everyone. They are a family-friendly company that supports each employee, creating a strong team culture even with a fully virtual office.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
The most challenging part of my role is also the most exciting! Seeking out passive job seekers can have its obstacles, but there is nothing better than connecting the right candidate with a great position!
How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?
Through LJTP I have been able to expand my Recruiting skill set to source for more Technical roles. It has been nice to be able to gain experience in another recruiting discipline.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I love spending time with my family and friends! I have 3 young kids so when we are not at one of their activities I love cooking, movies, and spending time outdoors. Plus reality TV … way too much reality TV!
