What is your role at LJTP?
I am a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Senior Recruiter working with dedicated clients for all of their hiring needs. Specialties include technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, industrial, and others as directed by the client’s requirements.

What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
Prior to joining the company, I operate my own business in the IT field, working on contracts for recruitment, solution processes, and other business services driven by clients.

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
The company has a different approach to recruitment than I have engaged in prior. And with the changing times, recruitment has to change with it. LJTP embraces this change and I want to be a part of that new wave of recruitment!

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
My favorite part of working here is the people. There is a sense of camaraderie that the entire staff has. Even though we are in a remote situation, we all support each other in wins for business, new employee starts, and a general feeling of support. I know that no matter what my question, there is someone there to help and figure it out together.

What is the most challenging part of your job?
I think the most challenging part is not really a challenge- each day has new opportunities and how you embrace those are up to you. Challenges are really opportunities for you to reach beyond your comfort zone and I personally like to embrace them.

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?
Growth is a daily occurrence. There is always something new to learn, a new tip to be shared. So I appreciate the way the LJTP funnels information and gives the support structure to add to that growth strategy.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I enjoy reading and sitting by the fire on cold nights or in warmer temps sitting outside by the fire pit.
