What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, I partner with our clients, acting as a member of their team to ease their workload and bring top talent to their organizations.

 

What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

Prior to joining LJTP I handled Staffing Management and Recruiting in the areas of Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, and Finance.

 

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

In researching LJTP, I was impressed by our CEO’s vision regarding the On-Demand RPO Model for smaller organizations, offering excellent service along with significant cost savings. Since joining LJTP, the organization has enhanced employee work/life balance, instituted exceptional benefit enhancements, and has continuously made decisions that have been beneficial to the needs of my family and me.

 

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

LJTP has allowed me to take ownership of the work that I do and the relationships I have built with customers. The company culture is outstanding, and it is exciting to be a part of the growth LJTP is experiencing.

 

What is the most challenging part of your job?

The majority of my career has been working in an agency model so the change to On-Demand RPO was new. I quickly learned how rewarding the model is for both client and recruiter, along with being an integral extension to our client’s team. This has been an excellent growth experience.

 

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

LJTP has helped me enjoy more time with my family and given me more opportunities to use experiences learned throughout my career to serve our clients.

 

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Spending time with family, friends, and pets. Reading a variety of books and completing home-related projects.
