What is your role at LJTP?
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, my primary focus is on finding unique matches that ensure sustained success for both our client and the candidate.


What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
I have spent the greater length of my career in Recruiting and Human Resources, connecting strong talent with top-tier companies. Prior to joining LJTP, I had my own boutique recruitment firm for many years and prior to that, I worked for a regional accounting firm where I focused on talent acquisition for the firm and their clients.


What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
The work/life balance of being a talent acquisition professional with the ability to work remotely. We are rapidly growing but our guiding principles are firmly intact. One of my favorite principles is to Embrace Change!


What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
I truly love being part of such a positive and supportive team. I also know that my thoughts and suggestions really do matter to management.


What is the most challenging part of your job?
Not being able to interact with team members face to face can sometimes be a challenge but we have many opportunities to get together virtually and that helps to keep our team engaged
and energized.


How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?
I am continuously learning and growing at LJTP from not only my co-workers but also from the wide variety of clients that we work with. LJTP also offers internal continuing education.


What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Most of my time away from work revolves around our 8-year-old son and his school/sports schedule but outside of that I enjoy taking our dog for walks in the park, spending time with friends and family, traveling to new places, and cooking with a good glass of wine in hand.
