What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

Talent Acquisition Consultant. I Partner with clients to provide the best overall experience, build relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and improve candidate experience. Sharing ideas and best practices to improve the quality of work.

What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

I was a Corporate Recruiter for an Electronics Manufacturer in Wisconsin.

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

I saw a LinkedIn post from Victoria Nuccio. Her message was very genuine, and it intrigued me to learn more about LJTP and the opportunities available. LJTP has experienced some incredible growth since I joined in December 2021 which is great to see! What’s changed or will change is improving the systems, processes, etc. as we continue to grow as an organization. What hasn’t changed is our culture and our guiding principles, (which is very important)!

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

I enjoy the transparency, collaboration, camaraderie, and how much people care.

What is the most challenging part of your job?

The most challenging part of my job is navigating and managing a tight candidate market while still providing the best experience and candidates to our clients for the roles I’m working on. As Dan Bovee states: Quality, Speed, Communication, Relationships. Following those 4 words, you’re going to be successful even in the most challenging times.

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

Personally – The way the LJTP team communicates and how much they care makes me want to be a better person, husband, and dog dad. Hopefully a kid dad in the near future. Professionally – Allowing me an opportunity to grow my experience and skillset.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I enjoy sports. Baseball – Milwaukee Brewers. Basketball – Milwaukee Bucks. Football – Green Bay Packers.

I play golf (not well). I’m also in a Men’s Slow Pitch Softball League (slightly better than Golf).

Spending quality time with my wife Tami, and our dogs Grace and Rufus.
