What is your role at LJTP(describe in more detail than just the title)?
I’m the Director of Delivery. I manage day to day operations such as, our staff, client relationships, and vendors.
What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
I worked at LinkedIn where I consulted Enterprise staffing firms on how to use the platform to effectively market, recruit, and prospect to increase ROI.
What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
The chance to be part of building a business around a unique delivery model with people that I trust.
Since I started, we’ve seen our staff increase. We’re also spending more time planning for future growth.
What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
I believe our company is distinctive in that we are remote and offer our employees flexibility, yet we have a culture of teamwork, collaboration, & communication.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
Appropriately balancing our internal resources with our client needs. Because we’re doing something that’s never been replicated, there is no exact blueprint.
How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?
LJTP has presented a new challenge of helping build a business from the ground up. Historically, I’ve worked for businesses that were already established, so LJTP represents a wholly new set of opportunities to help establish the strategic direction and culture of a company in its early stages of development.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I’m a passionate Michigan Wolverines fan, so I love following/watching all UM athletics. I’m also a huge podcast consumer. I highly recommend The Ringer podcasts, The GaryVee Audio Experience, and Recode/Decode.
