In my role as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, I get to help people find rewarding careers they are excited and passionate about, and in turn, I get to partner with our clients by matching candidates who align with their organizational values and business goals.
What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
I’ve been staffing and recruiting professionals for just over a decade and still love it!
What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
LJTP is chock full of dynamic, fun, energetic, intelligent, wonderful humans who are really committed to each other and to making the world better, one placement at a time. Sounds cheesy, and it’s the absolute truth!
What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
My favorite part of this company is working side by side with experienced and respected professionals who are engaged, happy, welcoming, collaborative, and who truly care about seeing each other succeed.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
Recruiting is always challenging in that we work with people and people can be unpredictable at times. It takes persistence and grit to roll with the flow, remain solution-oriented, think creatively, and work toward new levels of understanding and connection to create positive outcomes.
How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?
Lucas James has helped me personally by creating a work culture where open dialogue is valued and welcomed, and a professional environment where I can be myself, have fun, work hard, and truly flourish in my chosen profession. I feel very authentically supported here from the top down.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
When I’m not working you can find me gardening, off-roading, boating, fishing, cooking, dancing badly in my kitchen, and spending time with family. Family is everything!
