What is your role at LJTP?
I am a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Comfortable working on any role in any industry, from C-level Executives to recent grads, and everything in-between.

What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
15 years of Recruiting experience, including RPO, Corporate, and Agency. Prior to starting my Recruiting career, I spent a decade working in the Music Industry, and in Real Estate.

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
The leadership team (Tim/Dan) and the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a young and budding RPO company.

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
Our team, which is filled with dynamic, wonderful, and deeply experienced Recruiters and Sourcers who challenge me on a daily basis! Also- the leadership team which is the best in the business!

What is the most challenging part of your job?
As an RPO Recruiter, we never know what kind of clients, or job orders, will come across our desk so it’s sometimes a learning process, which is always welcome!

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?
Being an RPO Recruiter, we’re tasked with working with multiple clients, Hiring Managers, and a very large candidate pool – nationally and sometimes globally. At times it can be overwhelming, but taking care of clients and candidates is always the number 1 priority.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Travel, Live Music, Outdoors, Camping, Hiking, Boating, Ski/Snowboard, Road Trips, Skateboarding (even though I’m wayyyy too old for it!).
