What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at LJTP, I’m currently partnered with the Sedgwick Workforce Absence team. I focus on sourcing candidates for a variety of ADA and Team lead Roles.
What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
Prior to joining LJTP, I used to work for a company called Embassy Management. I was a Recruiting Specialist for 3 healthcare offices in Eastern Idaho.
What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
Company Culture drew me to LJTP! When I was seeking a job, I was only looking for Part-time. However, after speaking with a LJTP recruiter, they immediately sold me the job. Everything that was mentioned about the position felt and sounded so right and until this day I’m glad I signed on full-time. The company only seems to get better day by day!
What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
My favorite part about working at LJTP is the company culture and flexibility!
What is the most challenging part of your job?
The most challenging part of my job is social interaction. An office environment provides quick social opportunities while a remote environment forces you to put yourself out there. Its been a great challenging experience.

LJTP has helped me grow personally and professionally by taking accountability for my day-to-day tasks.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
When I am not working, I love trying new food spots! I also have 3 dogs that keep me busy so I enjoy taking them on walks.
