You will be a remote, home-office based Talent Acquisition Consultant – performing full life cycle recruiting duties for one, to several clients at once.  You will work in tandem with a dedicated Sourcing Specialist that will be tied to you and all of your client engagements – working in a partnership to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.  We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter with exemplary business acumen, that can support various client industries and skillsets.

We are seeking part-time (20-30 hours per week) or full-time W2 candidates for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Talent Acquisition Consultant’s primary duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for a diverse portfolio of clients and different job categories and in a variety of industries.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process by providing expert advice and coaching around resume building and interview skills to achieve a successful placement.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through the use of corporate and third party databases (ATS- ZohoRecruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and internet mining via aggregators as well as social media tools (Twitter, Facebook).
  • Conducting behavioral, technical and competency-based interviews.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with established processes, recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
  • Support a continuous learning environment by sharing expertise with colleagues as required and by participating in training and development activities and process review sessions
  • Qualify requirements with client hiring managers and manage weekly client interaction for status updates.
  • At times, you will work in tandem with a dedicated sourcing specialist on some client engagements.
  • Complete all recruitment related administrative tasks: job postings, reference checking, background checking facilitation, and productivity reporting as required
  • As needed, face-to-face meetings with either client or internal management

QUALIFICATIONS

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Hiring Manager consultation experience supporting multiple hiring managers at once
  • Possession of strong customer service orientation and has demonstrated experience building and managing professional relationships
  • Ability to perform in a remote, home-office environment
  • Is accountable and is able to work independently
  • Has excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Is a multi-tasker who has the ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions that will benefit the business and client.

You will be a remote, home-office-based Director, Business Development — responsible for the acquisition and light account management of Lucas James Talent Partners clients.

You will be networking and articulating the value of Lucas James Talent Partners unique service offering to a diverse group of clientele that are experiencing a growth phase in their business. You will work independently with support from LJTP Sales Leadership and in tandem with our Director of Delivery to build a qualified portfolio of accounts.

This is a “hunter” type role with support & resources added to our sales organization longer term as we scale. Our sales organization sells through our channel partners vs. outbound cold calls. We are only seeking candidates that live within the Greater Chicagoland area at this time.

In addition to an attractive cash compensation package, this position qualifies for the Lucas James Talent Partners Internal Stock Equity Program to benefit in the growth of our firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director, Business Development  primary duties include but are not limited to:

  • Contact business leads to establish rapport, articulate LJTP’s service offerings and create an on-going relationship
  • Generate new business through cold calling, cold emailing, coffee/networking,in-bound marketing leads, and working with strategic partners such as private equity, venture capital, complimentary service providers.
  • Account Management responsibilities such as supporting the Director of Delivery, maintaining relationship capital with current clients, and creating new relationship capital within existing accounts. Recruiting Management & Oversight will be handled by our Delivery Dept.
  • Face-to-face meetings/presentations with potential and existing clients, coffee meetings, lunches, and networking events with industry personnel for business development purposes
  • Work with recruiters to ensure candidate placement and client satisfaction
  • Partner with LJTP Leadership on sales & marketing strategy, portfolio & territory development, and general business functions of supporting a growing small business

QUALIFICATIONS

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+ years of Business Development experience total, with a minimum of 8+ years within the following industries: full-cycle recruitment, staffing, MSP/VMS, Human Capital Consulting, or related.
  • Experience must be in client services & outbound sales vs. inside/phone sales
  • Possession of strong customer service orientation and has demonstrated experience building and managing professional relationships
  • Ability to perform in an independent, remote, home-office environment
  • Is accountable and is able to work independently
  • Has excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Is a multi-tasker who has the ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions that will benefit the business and client
  • Lives in the Chicagoland Metropolitan Area
