Talent Acquisition Consultant. I help candidates find their dream job.

 

What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

I was a Senior Talent Consultant for Alaska Executive Search.

 

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

What drew me to LJTP originally were the 3 people I interviewed with. They were all kind, sincere and honest. I felt an immediate bond with them and knew I wanted to work with them. Honestly, it hasn’t changed, and I am glad I joined the team. Everyone is compassionate, understanding, and has a true passion for what they do.

 

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

My favorite part about working at LJTP is the work-life balance and the lack of micro-management. Management treats everyone like an adult and doesn’t check in every 10 minutes to see where you are at. They trust you to do your job.

 

What is the most challenging part of your job?

I think the most challenging part of the job is also what I love doing the most, finding the right candidates.

 

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

LJTP has helped me grow personally and professionally because I have access to many talented people. Our team has so many different Talent Acquisition Consultants that have a wealth of experience and knowledge, but they also offer other skills outside of their job duties. I can tap into this if I ever need anything or need advice. We may not all know each other personally, but I know if I reached out to any of them, they would help with anything.

 

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I enjoy watching TV, traveling, and hanging out with my family.
