What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?
I am a Talent Acquisition Consultant, handling full-cycle recruiting.
What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
I was a Recruiter at Beacon Hill. I helped open up their Tampa office where I gained experience not only focusing on IT – which was my main skill set, but also Finance and other industries.
What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
My conversations with the internal employees at Lucas James. I did countless research and reached out to internal employees via LinkedIn and every single person raved about LJTP. I love it here, and my only regret is not finding this company sooner.
What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
The culture. Even though we are all remote, the company feels like a family and everyone works together as a team.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
Keeping up with my client meetings as well as my LJTP meetings. When starting on a new client, the transition can always be scary but once you get the hang of it, its exciting to get to work with different clients and different industries.
How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?
100%. I love being able to work on new skill sets and challenge myself. My mental and physical health has improved tremendously ever since joining LJTP.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I love traveling.
