What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, I partner with our clients to be an extension of the Talent Acquisition team.

 

What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

Prior to joining LJTP, I worked in corporate recruiting for ten years.

 

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

I was drawn to LJTP because of the growth opportunities, flexible work schedule, and company culture.

 

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

My favorite part about working at LJTP is working for a growing company with numerous promotional opportunities.

 

What is the most challenging part of your job?

When I initially began my role at LJTP, I thought the most challenging part would be the isolation of working remotely, however, the company has done a wonderful job of making me feel integrated through Zoom meetings and internal messaging/chats. I truly feel connected even though our team is spread across the country.

 

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

LJTP has given me a lot of autonomy.  It has challenged me to set my own goals, stay organized, be creative and learn as I go.

 

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my boxer puppy, reading, and baking.
