What is your role at LJTP?
I’m a Talent Acquisition Consultant with LJTP. I work with clients to help them with their #1 asset – their people. I’m not just a “recruiter”,  consult with my clients across a wide range of talent acquisition objectives to ensure that we find the right people, and do it in a way that is fast and convenient for everyone involved.

What did you do prior to joining LJTP?
Prior to joining LJTP, I spent the last 15 years working in talent acquisition in both corporate and agency environments. I’ve worked with an array of companies that span between large and small, young and established, technical and non-technical. Prior to Covid, I was the Director of Talent Acquisition for a high growth hospitality tech company based in Dallas.

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
The team. I was really impressed with the leadership team during the interview process and have been just as impressed with the rest of the team after having been here for 2 months.

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?
The teamwork. Often times in a 100% remote environment, building relationships with teammates is challenging, but I’ve been super impressed with how it really feels like a team, even though I haven’t met a majority of them in person.

What is the most challenging part of your job?
It’s recruiting. This ain’t easy.

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?
Working in a flex RPO environment is new to me. Working on as many as 4 clients simultaneously has definitely forced me to hone my time management and multitasking skills.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Lots of time hanging out with my family, especially my two boys, Connor and Blake. When I’m not living
the dad life I’m either in the backyard smoking meat, listening to podcasts, or binging random things on
Netflix.
