What is your role at LJTP?

Talent Acquisition Consultant – collaborate with clients on their hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in their open roles.


What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

For the majority of my career, I was a Corporate Recruiter for a print/marketing company specifically dedicated to their Client Services Division. Prior to LJTP, I was expanding my recruiting knowledge by doing contract recruiting for various companies and roles. I also have experience working for a staffing company as an internal recruiter and have spent some time doing resume writing for clients.


What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

The flexibility and being remote drew me to LJTP. The company is growing and all in positive ways. They take input from employees which is a great asset.


What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

Everyone on the team is great to work with and leadership values input. I am trusted to get my job done and have the flexibility to spend time with my busy kids.  They grow up fast and able to be there and do a job I enjoy is rare to find.


What is the most challenging part of your job?

The most challenging part, but also a good part, is learning new companies in a short time. It really keeps the job interesting.


How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

LJTP has a team from all over and their knowledge has helped me learn and grow. There is also sharing about different companies that are really insightful.


What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Outside of work, I am usually doing something for my family. I enjoy working out and frequent Orangetheory at 4:55 am a couple of times a week. I also co-chair an auction for my son’s high school which is one of their largest fundraisers.
