What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

Talent Acquisition Consultant, I partner with companies to help with their hiring needs.


What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

I was an Executive Recruiter for Kinsa Group, a Food and Beverage Recruiting company. I recruited for C Suite, Operations, Engineering, Scientific, and Sales roles.


What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

The potential to make more money, more growth opportunities, and the RPO model are the reasons why I decided to join LJTP. LJTP is continuing to grow and create more opportunities.


What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

Working from home, the autonomy and the comradery being built.


What is the most challenging part of your job?

Adjusting to the RPO model after working in a hustling staffing environment and an executive/direct placement environment has proved to be a challenge. It’s a breath of fresh air to partner/work with your clients instead of competing against them but it also raises expectations to ensure that they are happy with my service, which is a challenge that I enjoy.


How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

LJTP has enabled me to be more resourceful even though there is help if I need to reach out. I’ve learned new ATS systems and processes. It also has improved my work/life balance.


What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Exercise, gamble, watch sporting events, and smoking/grilling BBQ.
