What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

My role at LJTP is Talent Acquisition Consultant. My goal is to help find the best talent for my clients by truly understanding and learning the ins and outs of their organization. By sharing my best practices and ideas, I try to provide positive experiences for both candidates and clients.


What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

I was a Technical Recruiter working at a traditional IT staffing firm in the Chicagoland area.


What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

What drew me to LJTP was learning more about the RPO staffing model. As well as the positive insight and experiences that were shared with me throughout my interview process and their company’s mission. LJTP has continued to grow since I joined and continues to keep its amazing culture growing.


What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

I love how welcoming LJTP is, and the transparency, collaboration, and support from leadership and my peers.


What is the most challenging part of your job?

Working with great clients and then having to leave when our engagement is completed. This is challenging but still rewarding, I get to connect with many great organizations.


How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

I have learned how to better manage my time and expanded my skillsets with the non-technical positions I have had the chance to fill. Personally – LJTP has made me happier than before. Being able to work with others who truly care about you and your success, and in a positive and supportive work environment, is a great feeling.


What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I love spending time with friends and family, traveling, and trying out new restaurants and experiences in the Chicagoland area.
