What is your role at LJTP?

Talent Acquisitions Consultant – I partner with clients for their hiring needs by recruiting candidates and advising clients with their hiring processes.


What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

Prior to joining LJTP, I was a recruiter working with Engineers and Food Production personnel. And prior to that, I was a college football coach.


What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

I was impressed with the On-Demand RPO Model and how it could help clients save money. The company culture is very helpful and transparent. Also, working from home 100% of the time helps with having a good work/life balance.


What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

The trust that management has for us. Also, the flexible schedule allows me to take my three sons to all their events whether that is soccer, basketball, football, or piano lessons.


What is the most challenging part of your job?

The most challenging part of being a Talent Acquisition Consultant is sometimes you have to have difficult conversations with both candidates and clients. Handling issues professionally is very important.


How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

LJTP has helped me grow personally by spending more time with my family.

Professionally, LJTP has the confidence in me to act as more than a recruiter with clients. I have the ability to consult with them directly, which helps me anticipate any problems in the hiring or interview processes.


What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Spending time with my family, visiting my parents in Wisconsin, traveling, my sons’ sporting events, and of course spending time with my wife.
