What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

I am a Talent Acquisition Consultant with Lucas James Talent Partners. My role is to partner with our clients and be an extension of the HR/Talent Acquisition team.

 

What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

Prior to LJTP, I worked at a staffing agency. I recruited for a few years then I went into being an Account Manager for a professional services group.

 

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

What originally drew me into LJTP was the RPO model which seemed like a great fit for me but during the interview process what stood out to me was the amazing company culture. I am happy to say nothing changed since!

 

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

My favorite part about working at LJTP is the amazing environment. The remote environment and flexibility are great but the people really make it! Every person on the team is a positive, hardworking individual that is always there to lend a hand.

 

What is the most challenging part of your job?

As much as the remote environment is positive it can also come with some challenges. It has been an adjustment getting to bond with co-workers but luckily LJTP organizes so many great events like Trivia or lunch hang-outs.

 

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

LJTP has helped me grow tremendously and I know there is still more to come. I have already partnered with different companies in different industries, and I’ve learned so much. Personally, LJTP has really taught me a lot about accountability and organization.

 

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

When I am not working, I love working out and spending time with friends and family!
