What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

At LJTP, I am a Talent Acquisition Consultant, currently, I am working with the AMA to fill multiple positions across their different business units and am ingrained in the everyday life of the TA team at the AMA.


What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

Prior to the LJTP, I was an HR manager for almost 200 employees while studying for my SHRM-CP.


What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

I was drawn to LJTP because I felt that it was an environment built on respect and understanding. I loved the business model and with LJTP being such a young company was excited about the possibilities of other opportunities to open up and to offer additional growth within my career.


What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

Being treated like an adult, knowing that I will do my job well and if I need any help, I know that I have an amazing team to reach out to as I need.


What is the most challenging part of your job?

With recruiting losing a candidate after they sign the offer will always sting, on a daily basis I would say juggling all the roles I work on and making sure that everything has the appropriate coverage.


How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

LJTP has helped build confidence in myself, I feel valued and that my opinion matters while being looked at as a professional and for the true person I am.


What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family, being active and outdoors, art, music, and laughter always fill my home.
