What is your role at LJTP?
I am a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist who is supporting our client, Echo Global Logistics, to help fill their Client Sales Representative and Carrier Sales Representative positions across the US! I help with sourcing and lead generation for our Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant who also works alongside Echo Global Logistics.

What did you do prior to joining LJTP? 
Before joining LJTP, I worked in the staffing and corporate industry as a Sourcer and Recruiter throughout my college undergrad which then continued after graduating. I focused on different industries for my clients such as IT, manufacturing, and B2B sales.

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?
I connected with internal employees who worked at LJTP and they had nothing but amazing things to say about the company. They were looking for another team player to join their team and I couldn’t help but notice how happy they were with their roles, the company culture, as well as their colleagues.

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP? 
I love that everyone is a team player and looks out for one another. There are many people on our team who have worked with each other in the past and I can tell there is a lot of comradery between them! From day one everyone has been so welcoming, resourceful, and kind.

What is the most challenging part of your job?
Learning new software that I have never used in my career! It has been a learning curve, but I am thankful to have colleagues who can help me navigate it.

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally? 
Working with LJTP has helped me learn new processes with recruiting and sourcing, learn new software systems, and help me problem solve in real-time while working remotely!

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? 
When I am not working, I am usually out adventuring with my camera. I like to travel to the southwest and find new trails to hike!
