What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

At LJTP, I am a Talent Acquisition Consultant that assists companies with recruiting top-tier talent and participate in full-cycle recruiting for the companies I am working with.

 

What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

Prior to the LJTP, I was a Senior Executive Recruiter for a search firm. My experience with recruitment has been in-house recruitment, temporary staffing, and search firms

 

What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

The positive feedback I would receive from the individual who referred me to LJTP – work/life balance and the feeling of being valued for the hard work that you do and the supportive leadership team.

 

What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

The work/life balance, learning from others on the team, the supportive leadership team and I really enjoy the business model of LJTP. I truly feel it provides companies with the best option for recruiting talent.

 

What is the most challenging part of your job?

Of course, when you lose a top candidate to another job offer.

 

How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

My confidence in myself as a TAC has grown with the amazing support and advice/guidance from the leadership teams and the leadership I work with on a daily basis. Personally, LJTP has helped my confidence in myself grow with the feeling that my opinion matters and my voice is heard.

 

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Enjoy spending time with my son and going on Alaskan adventures!
