What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

I am a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Lucas James Talent Partners. I partner with my clients to find top talent for their open positions as well as consult with them on changes in the market.


What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

I have been in sales and recruiting for most of my career. I was the Business Liaison for a healthcare organization for two years and I was the Branch Manager for Adecco for 12 years. Throughout my career, I have focused on matching talent to companies either through contingent labor needs or direct hire placements.


What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

I was referred to LJTP by a former colleague from Adecco. During the interview process, I was impressed with the culture, support, and positive attitude from all levels of the company. I researched the website and watched many of Tim’s podcasts before I made my decision to join this wonderful company!


What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

I love the support and encouragement from the entire organization. This company celebrates the wins and has a great culture.


What is the most challenging part of your job?

I would say when a great candidate decides not to accept the offer after working with them through the hiring process.


How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

I have learned to be better with time management, better with work/life balance and I have learned some new recruiting skills along the way with some help from my technical recruiting friends!


What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I love to go on walks with my dog, Biscuit, and hang out with my family and friends.
