What is your role at LJTP (describe in more detail than just the title)?

Talent Acquisition Consultant – My specialty is technical recruiting. I help my client find technical talent. Examples are Full Stack Developers, Front End Developers, and Developers in Test.


What did you do prior to joining LJTP?

I spent my career in IT services. First as a developer. Later working as a recruiter and working in recruiting sales.


What drew you to LJTP originally? And how has LJTP changed since?

I came to LJTP because someone I respected greatly worked here and encouraged me to come. What attracted me initially was a solid business model, stellar execution, and superb culture. Not much has changed since I joined. We have gotten bigger. However, the business continues to be extremely successful, the senior management continues to display extraordinary execution and the culture is the best you will find anywhere.


What is your favorite part about working at LJTP?

Working for a firm I wholeheartedly believe. Every time we have success, I find myself incredibly happy.


What is the most challenging part of your job?

My job involves reviewing thousands of candidate profiles. This can get tedious at times.


How has LJTP helped you grow personally and professionally?

LJTP has substantial training and continuous mentorship so that one is always learning and growing.


What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

My wife and I love to travel, enjoy our grandkids, golf, and snow ski.
